Saving a Generation is a non-profit organization geared towards helping at- risk youth from the ages of 16-25 to become well-adjusted adults who contribute to their communities and society. 

We are aware that many factors in today's society affect our young people's ability to be productive adults.

Those factors include an absence of concerned parents, economics, peer pressure, a poor educational system, crime, and low self-esteem. 

Saving a Generation is looking forward to taking on the challenge of developing the next generation of young people to become productive adults.

My name is Carmilla Wheeler, president of "Saving a Generation".  We are a non-profit organization,  

Currently seeking local and national sponsors.  We are also seeking board members and volunteers to support the mission and goals of enhancing the lives of others, especially our young people. Our goal is to provide our children, who participate in our program, with life skills, education, grants, and mentorship.  By providing them with these skills we can improve their lives, help stop the alarming rate of violence among teens, reduce teen pregnancy, and stop teen incarceration.   These skills will ultimately keep our communities safe and save our country millions of dollars?  

"Saving a Generation" is currently producing two monthly television shows in the Metropolitan area to help inspire and educate our viewers on various topics such as, real-estate, investing, and other business interests.  Our goal is to provide quality programming that enhances the quality of life for our viewers.  I recently covered an event that will air on my show call "US Dream Academy 8th Annual Gala� hosted by Chris Tucker and had the opportunity to interview him and the founder of this great organization Gospel singer Wintley Phipps amongst other celebrity guest.  

The US Dream Academy is a non-profit organization that helps at risk kids in several states to overcome poverty, violence, and help them become productive adults.  We are also producing several other series call "Faces of Cancer� This show will highlight the story of three women who triumph and overcame cancer.  They are now working with those whose face the same challenges as they did, assisting them in their walk to health, wholeness and victory.  We will also be working on a series of specials involving successful business-people, meant to show how others can succeed as well.  They are now helping others to do the same, by sharing their knowledge of real-estate and investing, and many other stories that will inspire and help our viewers.
